Apple's major push into AR continues with the iPhone Xs Max and Xs. This makes AR games work better and helps deliver new AR experiences faster on the new iPhones. The Rear camera can detect flat surfaces better so that you can go straight into the AR experience without waiting. The front facing camera also uses the TrueDepth system to deliver 3D effects and backgrounds. Apple showed off an epic AR version of Galaga on stage, and we expect to see more AR games coming this year to take advantage of these upgrades.
