You'll once again be armed with a Pip-Boy companion that controls everything from your inventory to your quest markers. This is similar to the concept Bethesda used in Fallout 3 though it comes a few notable changes.
When you open up your Pip-Boy, you're no longer going to get taken to a boring black screen. Instead, the Pip-Boy is going to come alive on the character's wrist as it displays key information about your Vault Dweller and his journey. It will feature Stats, Inventory, Other Data, your Map, and of course a Radio that will likely be both essential and entertaining. The radio stations in Fallout 3 were excellent and they were also intertwined with the game's story line. |
