Power Armor

Power Armor

Power Armor played a key role in both Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas and it will be making a glorious return in Fallout 4.

Bethesda teased Power Armor in its Fallout 4 trailer though it didn't show it off in detail until today's gameplay showcase during the Microsoft's E3 2015 press event. Power Armor is not only going to be a big piece of Fallout 4's gameplay, there are a few new wrinkles that the company's thrown in.

There's now a separate Power Armor UI that tracks things like radiation and direction and you'll actually see your character climbing into the Power Armor from a third-person angle. This adds some authenticity to the world and to your armor.

Maybe the most exciting aspect of the Power Armor is that it's customizable. The game grants you the ability to use items in the game to construct your own version of Power Armor. And judging by the demo, there are tons of possibilities. That's exciting.
