We’re now a full week removed from the iPhone 6 iOS 8.4 update. And in that week, we’ve seen a number of new and important details emerge. Today, we want to take a final in depth look at everything you need to know about Apple’s iPhone 6 iOS 8.4 update.

In April, Apple promised to roll out an iOS 8.4 update for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. The company confirmed the update for a number of devices including the popular 4.7-inch iPhone 6. At the time, the company did not confirmed a release date for the iPhone 6 iOS 8.4 update and so, like all other iOS 8 users, iPhone 6 owners were made to wait until late June for confirmation.

At WWDC 2015, Apple detailed its Apple Music platform and its release date (June 30th) but it did not confirm a specific iOS 8.4 release date. Because the iOS 8.4 update was needed to deliver the new music features, most believed that the iOS 8.4 update would roll out to the iPhone 6 in and around June 30th.

Anyone else seeing stability issues with Safari after installing it? Regularly closes on its own now – worse than I ever had back with Microsoft! Shouldn’t have upgraded :/

Since the update I have not been receiving texts and have not been able to send many either, iMessage rarely work!! My phone also won’t sync with some of my Bluetooth devices. Very frustrating.
