Another reason to buy the Pixel 2 from Verizon is that everyone who does gets a free Google Home Mini. Google's new smaller voice-controlled smart speaker. It's worth about $50, and you'll get one within 2-4 weeks of receiving the Pixel 2. 

Technically, there aren't any reasons to buy the Pixel 2 from Verizon. The Google Store has this same deal for a free Mini, and they offer payment plans too. It'll just be a little easier at Verizon. 

That said, we've seen carrier stores like Verizon bundle other accessories on top of freebies, in order to get the sale done. Some reps might offer free cases, discounts, and other things. That's probably the biggest reason to head to Verizon, as you can bargain for more savings.
