Install It If You're Dealing With Nougat Problems

Samsung's Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ owners are complaining about a variety of problems with early Nougat builds. Fortunately, Samsung and its partners are hard at work fixing some of the issues plaguing the two devices.

In the months since the Galaxy S8 release, users have run into a variety of issues with Android 7.0 ranging from tiny bugs to severe battery drain to issues with first and third-party applications.

Samsung's addressed some of these issues with new Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ Nougat builds and there's a good chance the update you just noticed on your device comes with some crucial fixes for some of the bugs you're seeing.

There are a mind-boggling amount of updates rolling out but here are two examples. T-Mobile recently rolled out an update that delivers various system improvements and a microphone fix. Verizon's also rolled out a key bug fix update that tackles an issue with Samsung Notes.

There's also a chance your Nougat update fixes bugs and problems that aren't listed in the firmware's official change log.

For instance, the new update could potentially fix common issues like user interface lag, random reboots, issues with Wi-Fi, broken Bluetooth or bad Nougat battery life.

If you can't find a fix for your Galaxy S8's Nougat problems, you might think about installing new software soon after it arrives.
