If you missed iOS 16.1 and newer, iOS 16.7.7 fixes an annoying issue with iOS 16's battery percentage indicator. Those of you who used iOS 15 might remember there wasn't a way to add a permanent battery percentage indicator to your iPhone's status bar. Well, iOS 16 solved that. There's now a way to permanently add your iPhone current battery level to your status bar. That said, prior to the release of iOS 16.1, the battery icon appeared full, even when your iPhone's battery was draining. A weird oversight, but one that Apple's fixed. With iOS 16.1 or newer on board your iPhone, the battery icon will deplete and the number will go down giving you an accurate look at your device's remaining battery life. | |||||||||||||||

16.1 version is messing with my (encrypt. me) VPN app and my banking app. I have to turn the VPN app off to use my banking app.

Since updating to 16.3.1, my phone keeps freezing/crashing and restarting. Why is this happening??

Too many sites have new emojis as a main reason to upgrade (why?). I was going to blow 16.4 off since emojis are not important until I found much more important reasons that many sites ignore but were covered here.

My 14 pro max somehow goes to zoom without me asking and now I can get it minimized enough to reboot or correct the problem. Cannot call, text or receive.

install of 16.7 onto Iphone 8 stalled on verifying update, cant close/shut down cant enter passcode cant do any but tell time and use battery
