2 Reasons to Buy the Galaxy Tab A 10.5 & 3 Reasons to Wait

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 is affordable, but we could see its price, and the price of other brand name tablets, drop later this year. 

We don't expect to see too many Galaxy Tab A 10.5 deals emerge in August in September (outside of trade-in offers), but we could some very enticing deals emerge during Black Friday and the holiday shopping season as Samsung and its partners try and push people to the Galaxy Tab A 10.5 and the Galaxy Tab S4. 

If you don't want to pay full price for either of Samsung's new Galaxy Tabs, you might want to wait a few months for the holidays to arrive. You should be able to find a deal. 

If you aren't dead set on buying an Android tablet from Samsung, we also expect price cuts on their competitors like the Pixel C and Amazon's line of Fire tablets.

If you aren't married to Android, we also expect to see iPad deals emerge this fall as we push toward September and the release of Apple's new iPad Pro.
