Amazon's own iPad stand is a rather unique one, but it's a stand that third-party stand makers have been trying to replicate, so watch out for knock-offs. AmazonBasics' Portable Fold-Up Travel Stand is a simple plastic-made stand that folds out to prop up your iPad.

One problem I've discovered with this particular stand is that it's rather large and made for larger iPads, but it can easily still prop up the iPad mini without a problem. The other issue is that there's limited adjustment for the angle, so you can't angle it steeply for typing, but the fold-up mechanism alone makes this stand one to consider.
