The latest beta is causing issues with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and first and third-party applications. We're also hearing about freezes, random reboots, and installation problems. Apple's also outlined its own list of bugs. This is the nature of the beast. This is pre-release software and the pre-release software is always hampered by bugs and performance issues. These bugs will last all the way up to the last iOS 11 beta and many of these issues with slip into the final version of the update.
