With Nintendo slowly beginning to wind-down its Wii U console and Sony’s only high-profile exclusive delayed into 2016. This holiday, the Xbox One is the only console with high-profile games you can’t get anywhere else.

Rise of the Tomb Raider, a huge franchise with a legacy that spans more than a decade, will only arrive for Xbox One this year. Set in Russia, Lara is on a quest to find another artifact when things go wrong with her expedition. Developer Crystal Dynamics is promising better graphics and an expansive open world for Rise of the Tomb Raider. Anyone with a PS4 will have to wait until at least next fall to experience it.

Halo 5: Guardians is coming with better weapons, vertical gameplay and a new story. Microsoft let users beta test the game last winter, but it wasn’t until the Electronic Entertainment Expo in June that we got a look at the title’s new Warzone game mode. Warzone gathers twenty players and tons of game-controlled enemies for one spectacular, expansive multiplayer battle.

Forza 6 comes this month with night driving and game modes. Fable Legends is one of the Xbox One games coming this year that will extend multiplayer participation to Windows PCs.
