Best Android Phones Under $200
LG Stylo 4 | |||||||||||||||
![]() | |||||||||||||||
Another newcomer to this list is the LG Stylo 4. This may be LG's best budget phone offered by carriers. It's similar to a premium experience, has a big screen and a stylus, and it's only $149-$199. The LG Stylo 4 is a cheaper version of the Galaxy Note 9. You'll get a big 6.2-inch full 1080p HD display, which is the best part. The bezels are tiny like an iPhone Xs Max, too. It also has a fast Snapdragon processor with 32GB of storage, 3GB of RAM and a microSD slot. For the price, it comes equipped with decent cameras. The main shooter is a 13MP rear camera with a flash. Then there's a 5MP front camera for selfies or Snapchat. It runs Android 8 Oreo, and there's a built-in stylus. You can get this phone from T-Mobile, Virgin and others, but the best price is $149 at BoostMobile. Buy it Now for $149 from Boost Or, you can get the older LG Stylo 3 for only $99 | |||||||||||||||

I liked the article until I saw that it was a slide show. why can’t websites just show everything on one page. I refuse to view a slide show on my pc ever. I will also never have anything to do with a website or company that has a slide show and no option to view it on one page.

Moto G 4 will not recognize SIM card – seeing no response from the company to the many people with this problem – also seeing lots of posts about over heating.

The Moto G4 breaks easily and Motoroloa doesn’t like to honor their warranty. I’ve had their phone three months. It broke before 30 days, I contacted the company and three weeks later they called me back to offer me a refurbished phone for swap but I would have to send in my current phone first. So not only would I be without a phone until they received my phone and then shipped me a replacement but I would be getting someone else’s phone that they repaired. With no recourse I accepted the offer. Its been over a month and the return shipping label still has not appeared.

LeTV LeEco Le Max 2, going for $190 now (Banggood and perhaps other sites). That beauty is hands down miles ahead of any of those listed above. Dont trust any article like this that turns up its nose at Chinese phones, and/or etailers based there. What a shame.

Those LeEco devices weren’t all that bad, no. I tried two of them. However, they had terrible software and probably won’t see much in terms of updates. Where’s that company now?
Additionally, a lot of our readers are in the US and want phones that primarily work here, that’s why I don’t include a lot of Chinese devices. I do mention them though, as they’re worth consideration. But if I had to choose between Motorola, Huawei or LeEco, I’d go with the first two in a heartbeat.

Well I own a Zenfone 2 laser ze601kl 6 inch screen phone. You can get new for under 200 dollars. Maybe not working with nougat but that doesn’t slow it down or bother me. I don’t understand why this phone gets no attention. It’s amazing phone. Oh well, I’m not missing out, lol

I have the alcatel idol 3. At one point in time, it bricked, but I found out they have a US -based repair store. I sent it in, and got it back in 2 weeks, for free!

Thanks for such a decent review. I’m thinking of buying a second phone that is cheap enough to take with me on trips outside the town.
I’ll get Moto G5 Plus I think.
