If you're truly on a budget and these phones are still too much, the best option is the Moto E. It's similar to the Moto G, but even cheaper. Released earlier this year for emerging markets the Moto E offers the best truly cheap smartphone available that isn't complete junk. And we mean cheap. It's where the new Moto G got the idea for front-facing speakers, but don't expect anything spectacular for the price.

It comes in a few different colors with exhangable backs, and runs Android 4.4.4 KitKat. You'll get a 4.3-inch 540 x 960 qHD display, dual-core Snapdragon 200 processor and 4GB of internal storage. It isn't the best, but the micro-SD slot for storange expansion, latest version of Android, and front facing speakers all for $129 makes it hard to pass up if you're on a tight budget. Yup, that's one very cheap but decent smartphone. Give it a try today!
