Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare vs Black Ops 3: What’s New

Spaceships in Infinite Warfare & Campaign Details

There are spaceships that you can fly and use in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, but they are not in the multiplayer experience.

You can use the Jackal to take on other fighters in the air and then zip into space to continue the fight. You are not flying in Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 and there are not vehicles that you drive as part of the main gameplay.

The use of the Jackal and The Retribution, in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare will also play into the new campaign details.

While you play, you can go on side quests in the game. Jacob Minkoff told IGN, "We are telling a linear story, but along the way you can choose to attack targets of opportunity, and attacking those targets of opportunity will reward you with various items and progression and loot elements that will help you to accomplish the next main mission that you accept from command."

As you complete these you will also reveal more about the story. There is no side quest in the Black Ops 3 campaign.
