Deadline Requires A Relaxing Place to Work

Published

on

Sometimes I hate my office. No strike that. Most times I hate my office. It’s not the office per se, it’s the fact that at the office I am constantly interrupted by other employees who need my assistance. I’m on a deadline for a writing project and sometimes I just need to get away and crank at a keyboard. Fortunately our new house has a lovely side porch and it looks like we might be out of the rainy season for a few days here.

So, I left the office a bit early today and have camped out on the porch to try and get this writing done before the sun goes down.

It sure beats this desk environment.

It beats that desk a thousand times! It’s great that you finally have someplace to work. Not everyone has a niche at home they could call their own, that’s for sure. But that doesn’t mean they have to settle for anything less relaxing.
