Entourage eDGe Dual Screen eBook Reader on Video
Netbooknews.com got some hands on video with the Entourage eDGe eBook reader. The demo captures a slightly under-informed rep walking through some of the features. Obviously it is still early but the form factor of this dual screen reader looks a bit clunky to me. That impression isn’t helped by the fact that the demo unit doesn’t seem like it is able to be picked up from the table.

I am under the impression the model that dominated the video was the prototype, while the much sleeker model shown later on the shelf was a production unit. Also I don’t think the person speaking was a rep.

Nope, this was Nicole Scott (like she said at the beginning) and they didn’t want her to film the device, so she just took this quick video when the rep left the booth.
The first device is (again like she said) the 1st generation of the entourage and the one on the shelf is the 1nd generation which will go on sale in february…
i should consider subtitles for the future ;)
