Fallout 4: 10 Things to Know After 10 Days
How Fallout 4 Updates Will Work
We mentioned that the Fallout 4 patch will come first to the PC. That's true. PS4 and Xbox One owners are going to have to wait a little longer for their bug fixes. In addition to confirming the Fallout 4 update release window, the company also outlined how the rest of its updates will work. If you've played a Bethesda game before, you're going to be familiar with the Fallout 4 patch process. First, the company will roll out a beta update for PC users. If that's stable, it will roll out a final version to those who are playing the game on Steam. After that, the patch will roll out to Xbox One and PS4 owners. The company also says that Fallout 4 players can expect "to see more updates, that are smaller and more frequent, than a few big ones." In other words, don't expect to go six months without a patch or an update. And remember, some of these updates will come with more than just bug fixes.
