And finally, the trailer confirms several Fallout 4 characters.

The trailer confirms the presence of the Vault-Dweller, the protagonist from Fallout 3 and the character that Fallout 4 players will presumably take control of during the game. Fallout 3 allowed players to tailor their character to their liking though it's not clear if that will be allowed in Fallout 4. 

We also see a dog, probably Dogmeat, another protagonist from the Fallout series. Dogmeat has been around since Fallout 1 and it appears that Bethesda has made a role for the companion in Fallout 4. 

The trailer also shows off Power Armor that's presumably from the Brotherhood of Steel and a number of weapons including the trusty laser rifle. In other words, it looks like we'll see this game borrow heavily from the last game. Not that we're complaining.
