Get Excited for Dolby Atmos Support

Dolby Atmos support is coming to the Galaxy Note 8 in Android Pie.

Samsung launched Dolby Atmos support in early 2018 on the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+. Since then, the feature's rolled out to several Galaxy mid-range Galaxy devices.

It's finally the Galaxy Note 8's turn as it looks like Dolby Atmos will arrive on board Android Pie

The Galaxy Note 8 doesn't have stereo speakers (the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ do) which means the device only gets support for wired and Bluetooth audio.

That said, Galaxy Note 8 users should notice louder, improved audio while running Android Pie. Samsung's also including Movie, Music, and Voice modes which will improve the audio experience on the former flagship.

There’s absolutely nothing of substance in this article. Simply admit you know nothing about the contents or release date of the update.
