Galaxy Note 8 vs Galaxy S8+: Display

The most important aspect of the Galaxy Note 8 for many will likely be the display. Note fans are used to having a huge screen, and this year it's bigger than ever before.

However, the difference between the Note and Galaxy S is smaller than ever before. The Galaxy S8+ is 6.2-inches while the Note 8 is only 6.3-inches. A hair taller, and that's it. They have the same stunning AMOLED panel and the same Quad-HD resolution. Both phones have a curved Infinity Display that wraps over the sides of the phone, giving it a seamless look.

If you want the best Samsung smartphone with the biggest screen around, the Galaxy Note 8 is perfect. If that small increase isn't all that important and you won't need the S-Pen, consider the Galaxy S8+ instead.
