Release Date & Price

As you can see these phones both have huge screens, fast performance, dual cameras, and a similar design. However, there's something majorly different between the two -- the price.

The OnePlus 6 is available now for $529 with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. Then, you can spend $579 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage phone. That's a hell of a deal, and a great price considering what you'll get.

When you compare that to the Galaxy Note 9 detailed here, which runs $999 for the 128GB model, you have a tough choice to make. Very tough. The 8GB RAM and 512GB model is $1,249. Not to mention the Note 9 doesn't arrive until August 24th.

Basically, you have to decide if the Note 9 offers enough to spend nearly $500 more than you'd spend on the OnePlus 6. You could almost buy two for the price of one. That's insane.

At the end of the day, the Note 9 has a better bigger screen, S-Pen stylus, better cameras, lots of battery life, a microSD slot and tons of software tricks. It's all personal preference really, and the OnePlus 6 is the best bang for your buck on the market. However, if you want the best of the best, that's probably the Note 9. At least for now.

The choice is yours.
