GBM InkShow: Thomasin is Addicted to the HP Mini 1000
I knew when I won the HP Mini 1000 at CntrStg at CES 2009 that I was never really going to get to use it, once I returned home. I also knew that when my wife Thomasin picked it up the first time that my situation was hopeless. After a grueling few weeks of work at Wayside Theatre we finally got a chance to check out just how much she likes the device and film this InkShow. As the headline of this post suggests, she’s more than smitten with the device.
I don’t think you’ll be surprised at her reactions to the device, but perhaps you’ll be a bit surprised about what she thinks about Windows 7. The beta is now running on the HP Mini 1000, and you’ll get a no-holds barred “non-geek’ reaction.

A very enjoyable show. Looks like you two had a fun time.
While its not a typical review going point to point covering every aspect of the machine I do find this style to be informative and actually very usefull.

Thomasin is an Internet star. Every time she gets her hands on one of these things, it’s gold.
A lot of bloggers could learn a lot from her. I think more people, women in particular, fall in line with her views on these things than your typical, geek, blogger’s.
Keep it up. I really get a kick out of these Thomasin reviews.
