When it comes to losing weight or getting in shape, using mobile apps on the iPhone and on Android smartphones can be an integral part of your fitness routine.

According to this infographic from Greatist, a health and fitness blog, tracking what you eat can lead to losing twice as much weight, will help you find patterns in your energy levels and identify patterns that lead to weight gain

Other benefits of tracking come in the form of motivation, accountability and consistency — all of which are easy to pass on if you aren’t tracking your activity.

Using an iPhone or Android to track this information is easier than ever, with multiple apps for tracking what you eat and your activities. You can also link up your progress to social networks to leverage the accountability of friends and followers.

I just got a $827.89 iPad2 for only $103.37 and my mom got a $1499.99 HTV for only $251.92, they are both coming tomorrow. I would be an idiot to ever pay full retail prîces at places like Walmart or Bestbuy. I sold a 37″ HTV to my boss for $600 that I only paid $78.24 for. I use GrаbPenny.сom

I like CardioTrainer on the Android, but the biggest problem I see is battery life. I went for a long walk once and the GPS drained the battery before I got home so I never knew how far I walked or how many calories I burned.

This is very informative! There are a variety of fitness and diet apps available these days which is really good but the challenge is choosing the best app that matches your preference really well.
