Amiibo figures weren't the only announcements from Nintendo to make waves earlier this year. Nintendo also revealed a new partnership with mobile game development house DeNA. According to Nintendo's statements at the time, the partnership is specifically to bring its characters and original intellectual property to the world of mobile gaming. In short, it's a certainty that Nintendo games are coming to Apple's iPhone. Read: 5 Nintendo iPhone Games We Want in 2015 So far, Nintendo has only confirmed that it has plans for at least one new game under the partnership to arrive within this calendar year. More Nintendo iPhone games are to follow in 2016. It seems very unlikely that Nintendo wouldn't use the E3 2015 event it has planned to reveal more information about these coming games from it and DeNA. | |||||
