If you do a lot of traveling and don't want to pay for expensive translation software you should be excited about the iOS 11 release. In iOS 11, Apple's upgraded Siri with the ability to instantly translate your voice into another language. Talk into your iPhone's microphone and you can translate English into Chinese, French, German, Italian, or Spanish. Siri will speak the translation and it will also write it out on the screen. The one drawback is that you need to be connected to the Internet in order for this to work. A small price to pay for a feature that could help you if you get lost or need recommendations in a place where you don't speak the language. | |||||||||||||
