Avoid iOS 13 If You're Jailbroken

If you want to keep your jailbreak you'll want to avoid the iOS 13 update when it arrives. 

Jailbreak developers have jailbroken iOS 12.4 and older versions of iOS 12, but there isn't a tool available for iOS 13 beta and we don't expect a fast release for the final version of iOS 13.
