Get Familiar with iOS 13 and Older Updates

Be sure to get familiar with iOS 13's changes before you tap download. This way you won't get caught off guard by the changes on board. 

We've released a guide that will walk you through the key differences between iOS 13 and iOS 12. It's a good starting point. 

If you're still hanging around on an older version of iOS 12 and you don't have plans to upgrade until the release of iOS 13, make sure you get familiar with the updates you plan to skip. 

This is important because the changes from the updates you skip will be baked into your iOS 13 upgrade. 

So for instance if you're moving to iOS 13 from iOS 12.3, you'll get the features and fixes from iOS 12.3.2 (if you own an iPhone 8 Plus), iOS 12.3.1, iOS 12.4, and iOS 12.4.1 with your iOS 13 update.
