If you haven't installed an iOS beta on your iPhone before and you're interested in the iOS 14 beta, you'll want to go over Apple's rules and regulations ahead of the release date. 

If you don't want to pay to try the iOS 14 beta via the Apple's Apple developer program, you'll need to join the Beta Software Program. The Beta Software Program has some rules that you'll need to follow.

Again, the free iOS 14 beta will come weeks after the developer beta. Last year, the public iOS 13 beta arrived in July.
