You Can Downgrade to iOS 8 With a Jailbreak

If you're unhappy with iOS 9.1 and its performance know that you're stuck on iOS 9.1. Unless, you use a jailbreak to get unstuck.

You can drop back down to iOS 8 using a jailbreak. This isn't going to appeal to most of you but it's an option if you aren't liking the iOS 9.1 update and its performance. 

Apple won't open the iOS 9.0.2 downgrade back up so you'll either need to go that route or seek out a solution for your problems right here.
