If you aren't dead set on making an iPhone your next device, consider waiting for new Android flagships and potential price drops on current Android devices.

Apple's competitors are gearing up to launch new flagships of their own. Samsung will reportedly launch the new Galaxy Note 8 on August 23rd and Google is rumored to have new Pixel devices ready for the fall and holiday season. 

These will be flagships which means they'll probably be expensive but who knows, maybe you'll fall in love with one or the other. You won't know if you don't wait. 

We expect to see the Android market to react to these launches with price drops on current Android devices and iPhone 5s competitors. 

We should see current smaller screen devices like Google's Pixel, Samsung's Galaxy S7, and Motorola's Moto G5 Plus drop in price as we enter the fall and approach Black Friday. 

If you aren't married to Apple's ecosystem and a 4-inch screen, the price cuts on these outstanding devices might be worth the wait.
