Count on major upgrades for the iPhone 6s camera, per reports. The iPhone 6 includes an 8MP camera and an OK front-facing camera, and it looks like Apple plans to deliver marked upgrades here.

On the back of the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus expect a 12MP camera that is capable of recording 4K video. The odds are good that the camera will still stick out the back like on the iPhone 6.

Even though the iPhone 6s will not feature a 4K screen, you will be able to watch the 4K video you shot on that display. Recording in 4K will allow you to watch in full resolution on a 4K TV or monitor.
