Finally, rumors suggest that Samsung and Apple could both be making huge improvements in at least one key area: Battery life. 

Samsung is expected to bring a high-performance Exynos 7 chip to the table with its Galaxy Note 5. And that could be addition to new Android software and a 4000+ mAh battery. Galaxy Note's have always had excellent battery life and it will be interesting to see what improvements Samsung makes. 

Not to be outdone, Apple iPhone 6s rumors also point to some major battery upgrades. We've heard that it will come with a new A9 processor and several other improvements aimed at enhancing the overall battery life. And that's in addition to iOS 9 and its features.
