iPhone 6s Display vs. iPhone 6 Display

iPhone 6s rumors suggest that the device will keep the same 4.7-inch screen size. We've seen countless rumors point to this and at this point, it's safe to assume that the iPhone 6s display size will match the iPhone 6's display size. If you aren't familiar with how it feels, now would be a great time to go hands-on.

Bloomberg and well-respected KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo both believe that there will be at least one major difference between the two. Their sources indicate that the iPhone 6s will feature Force Touch technology, the same pressure sensitive tech that's found on the Apple Watch.

iOS 9 reportedly supports Force Touch gestures and it's looking more and more like this will be one of the features that Apple uses to help sell consumers on the iPhone 6s and its larger counterpart, the iPhone 6s Plus.

Force Touch on the Apple Watch lets users press with more force on the display to activate a second series of commands. It's not clear how the company will use the technology on the iPhone 6s though we expect rumors to emerge ahead of its release date.
