9 iPhone 7 Features We Want in 2016

Open NFC Support

Open NFC Support

The iPhone 6s and Apple Watch include NFC elements inside that allows users to make mobile payments with Apple Pay, but that is all that the NFC chip will do.

We are hopeful that Apple can find a way to enable NFC support for more than Apple Pay in the iPhone 7.

Open NFC support on the iPhone 7 could allow users to automatically pair with other devices like headphones and cameras, quickly change settings when you tap a NFC tag or trigger other Homekit functions when tapping a NFC tag at home or in the office.

We've seen Apple open up technology like Touch ID over time, so there is a precedent for doing so, but this may remain a wish that Apple does not fulfill.

God you guys are totally clueless. You shouldn’t be writing an article about iPhone 7 with some of these ideas.

The iPhone 6S is already pretty durable, and holds up quiete nicely in everyday water accidents. And the battery life gets me through the day, everyday. Before I bought my iPhone 6S, I used to have a 6 Plus, and the extra battery life was just a buffer I didn’t need.

    My wishlist:

    1. Thinner and lighter design (smaller footprint)
    2. Better audio experience
    3. Better camera
    4. Faster internals (CPU, GPU and flash storage)
    5. Better camera (OIS on both models)
    6. Bluetooth 5.0 (Also wishlist for Apple Watch 2)
    7. Adopt all the display technologies from iPad Pro 9.7

These seven key features would improve all aspects of the iPhone that matters to me, and not give me updates I wouldn’t notice.

We want at least a 2K Display and Iris Scanner to be Included in the desired iphone 7, iphone 7 Plus and iphone 7 Pro.

The human eye can’t distinguish anything above full HD (1080p), so a 2K display is a pointless gimic. An iris scanner isn’t possible on a smartphone, and even if it was there would be no need and no use for it.
