LG G6 vs LG G5: What Buyers Need to Know

The LG G5 has been available for nearly a year, and it's on sale everywhere. They can't give that thing away. The LG G6 will be different, and we have a feeling it will be their best smartphone yet. 

The LG G6 was announced on February 26th at Mobile World Congress, and will be available for pre-order in the first week of March. However, that's only for South Korea. The release date in the US is still on track for the first week or so of April. Meaning we have another month to wait before anyone can buy one. Unless they import it from another country, which we wouldn't recommend doing. 

We don't have pricing or exact details right now, but they typically undercut the competition. Expect it to retail for at least $100 less than the Galaxy S8. So we're thinking $699 or $749, maybe less. We'll update once we know more. It sounds like April 7-10th is the release date, according to our sources.
