Nexus 10 Back in Stock at Google Play Store

Published

on

A little over a week after it went out of stock on the first day of availability, the 32GB Nexus 10 has returned to the U.S. Google Play Store and is now available to those who may have missed out the first time around.

The 32GB Nexus 10 originally sold out on November 13th, the day that the tablet went on sale. Soon after, the 16GB Nexus 10 model vanished from the Google Play Store, only to return a short time later. Now, it’s sibling, the 32GB Nexus 10 is available once again for purchase with the ‘Add to Cart’ button replacing the Sold Out demarcation on Google’s online store.

Google says that the Nexus 10 will be shipped in three to five business days which means that those looking to get it in time for the holidays will likely want to place an order right now as Black Friday and the holiday shopping season are about to kick off and there is no telling how long the Nexus 10 will remain in stock. It could be that Google is fully stocked and will be able to handle a host of new orders but that, remains to be seen.

The Nexus 10 32GB is now in stock on the Google Play Store.

The company did promise that it would replenish stock for its sold out devices in the coming weeks and thus far, with the Nexus 7 and Nexus 10, it has delivered on that promise. With the Nexus 4 smartphone, it has been a whole different story.

The Nexus 4 remains sold out through the U.S. Google Play Store with no relief in sight. Many of those who ordered on its first day of availability were given notice that their order was placed on back order due to overwhelming demand. Google has said that it would re-stock the device in the next two weeks though a specific date remains unknown.

Other Nexus 4 customers who ordered on day one were not even given a back order email and instead, were left to contact Google who has shed very little light on the status of the Nexus 4.

As for the Nexus tablets however, it looks like Google has solved the supply issues, at least for now.

Thanks, everyone who sent this in!
