Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Launch Looks Good for September

Published

on

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 launch is looking good for IFA 2013 and September as a Samsung official seemingly confirmed that timing in recent comments, timing that goes along with all of the launch rumors that have emerged thus far.

All along, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has been rumored for an arrival either at, or shortly before the IFA trade show in Berlin, Germany, set to kick off in the beginning of September. The past two Galaxy Note devices, the Galaxy Note and Galaxy Note 2, both arrived at IFA and arrived around the same time, just ahead of the holidays.

The Galaxy Note 3 could come at IFA 2013 in September.

The Galaxy Note 3 is likely going to emerge at the Episode 2 Unpacked event that Samsung has planned for this year and it now appears that that event may in fact take place at IFA in September with a Samsung official evidently confirming that timing to Korean publication Korea Times.

Furthermore, it appears that the company may have settled on a 5.9-inch AMOLED display for the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, different than the 6-inch display that we heard about just a short time ago. Whatever the case may be, it’s clear that Samsung is likely going to be delivering a Galaxy Note 3 in the 5.99-6-inch range. Keep in mind we heard that the Galaxy S4 would be 4.99-inches but wound up being 5-inches.

All of this aligns with previous rumors in regards to the Samsung Galaxy Note 3. IFA has always been thought to be its launch pad with September being its launch month. What this means for the Galaxy Note 3 release date is unclear but Samsung typically releases devices several weeks after announcing them, meaning we likely won’t see the Galaxy Note 3 release until October.

As for the display, it’s looking very likely that Samsung will increase the size of the Galaxy Note 3’s display from 5.5-inches, the size of the Galaxy Note 2’s screen.

Other rumored enhancements include a Exynos 5 Octa processor, 13MP camera, and a design that is more in line with the Samsung Galaxy S4’s design. What that means for the Galaxy Note 3 is unclear but it could be that it uses similar build materials while also introducing a slimmer and lighter form factor for the Galaxy Note line.

Sorry, but it should be “different from” not “different than”. Just a pet peeve.

Metal frame… 32GB minimum… and similar specs world wide would be nice.

Hey everybody! I’ve got an idea…let’s keep rehashing the same rumors every day in hopes of getting one right and landing the scoop!. Also, by posting the same nonsense every day to a new article, we can scam adsense with BS page views and profit, too. What a double win. Oh, wait. Nevermind! Someone has this figured out already and beat us to the punch…
Just post when you have actual news. Is it that hard to just wait?

And yet you keep reading. All sites do it. There is no need to advertise products any more. People generate rumours which get people’s hopes up. Then when the product comes up short, they have invested so much emotion and desire that they will still make up reasons to buy the product when it comes out.

Hey Adam Mills, quit spamming my google search results with your worthless articles on the note 3…. Oh my god, it might come with a 5.9 inch screen instead of a 6 inch!

Actually, no, this article is false. It says that the S4 has a 5 inch screen when it doesn’t. In the revealing of the S4 it even says that it DOES have a 4.99 inch screen but they just call it a 5.
