It appears that the latest tablet to get Google’s Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system is none other than Sony’s Tablet S. The update is now available to those that own the Android slate.

Sony confirmed the news on its blog, saying that the update is ready to be pulled. Owners should be prompted to download the firmware when the device is connected to Wi-Fi and from there, the software can be downloaded and installed in a matter of minutes.

Once that’s complete, Tablet S owners will be running Android 4.0, an elusive piece of software that still isn’t on a vast majority of Android devices.
