Target is open on Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday and well through the holiday shopping season, but you don't need to go into the store to get most of the deals. 

Count on Target to offer most of the big Black Friday deals online starting on Thanksgiving Day. In most cases we see these start at 12:01 AM Eastern, but that's not confirmed for 2018 yet. 

We won't see any of the epic iPhone XS, iPhone XR or Samsung Note 9 deals online at Target. The good news is that even on the cheaper Black Friday 2018 deals online you can get them delivered for free.
