AT&T's HTC One is unique in that it comes in both 32GB and 64GB form. None of the other carriers have the 64GB model and while AT&T charges a $299.99 premium, the fact that there is an option is fantastic given that the phone doesn't have a microSD card slot for expanded storage.

Beyond the exclusive, the HTC One is simply a fantastic phone and will only improve once AT&T updates it with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, an update that should come soon.

Maybe best of all, the price is cheaper through avenues like Amazon and it will continue to fall as the months go on.
