Some users report that the Outlook 2016 doesn't work, but that the latest Insider Build does work. We typically see smaller, responsive developers quickly share betas of their apps that work better in a macOS beta. This is so that they can work on a bug-free experience for users in the fall. Even with beta software from developers, on the macOS High Sierra beta, you will run into issues.
