The Nexus 5 is Google's current Nexus smartphone. Nexus means that the device runs stock Android without the crazy manufacturer user interface. In other words, it comes without Samsung's TouchWiz user interface. Many people prefer stock Android to TouchWiz Android so we think it's a device that is worth ruling out.

It also helps that it comes with powerful hardware including a solid 5-inch 1080p display, quad-core processor, durable black matte design and a good camera. It also runs Android 4.4.4 KitKat and will be one of the first to Google's brand new Android L update later this year.

Lest we forget, Google's Nexus 5 starts at $350 unlocked. By comparison, the Galaxy Note 3 unlocked is much more expensive and sits upwards of $600.

We consider the Nexus 5 one of the premier Android devices on the planet and it's a device that we think you should check out before going with the Galaxy Note 3. There is a lot to like about it especially the vanilla software. Those that need more information would be wise to check out our Nexus 5 review.

According to current scenario, I would like to recommend Galaxy S5 for all Android lovers like me. The release of Galaxy Note 4 is also around the corner that is rumored to be launched with iPhone 6. Well, I am going off the topic. So the specs that I like the most in Galaxy S5 is touch wiz finger print scanner, water resistant body and power saving mode that protects the battery from draining out soon. However, it is annoying to remove the flap over the charging port in order to charge the device but charging it on wireless charging pad is the best option.
