Typing Test Between a Netbook and an iPhone in a Race Car

Published

I’m not sure if this unscientific test proves anything or not, but it sure is fun. For what it is worth the results are surprising. Crave UK’s Rory Reid rides shotgun in a Citroen C4  with a European Rally Car winner to test out which device is easier to type on a high speed race track. He compares the iPhone to a Asus Eee PC. So we’re talking a virtual keyboard vs a small netbook keyboard.

Hm….several things needs to be considered for this test to even be useful: 1) the size and ergonomic of the devices is a key factor in how the device behaves when undergoing movement 2) that the eeepc used didn’t have a spell check/auto spell function where the iPhone did.

I can’t see why you would need a mobile device in that type of extreme situation, but am sure that you would want a SSD or similar sotrage device :P
