Over at XDA-Developers forum there is a massive thread detailing the numerous Jelly Bean leaks that have surfaced for the Verizon Galaxy S3 ahead of its official, still unannounced update. The leak that emerged recently is the fourth leak for the Verizon Galaxy S3 and it is VRBLK3. The previous version of the update was VRBBLK1, which means that once again, Verizon is making some progress towards a roll out to the public at large.

The Verizon Galaxy S3 Jelly Bean update has leaked again.

This leaked update should mean that we’re just one step closer to an official roll out. Verizon of course has one of the remaining Galaxy S3 devices in the United States without Jelly Bean as AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile have all rolled out their Android 4.1 Jelly Bean updates for Samsung’s flagship device. So, needless to say, owners have been wondering where their software might be.

We advise those who may not be skilled in updating to official yet unofficial software to avoid this leak as there is certainly a chance that something could go wrong. It’s also unclear whether or not it’s the final version of the update which could also lead to some issues once the official update is released. Translation, if this is a first rodeo, Galaxy S3 owners would be wise to wait for another time to make that debut.

Those that are wise in such matters should know that this update is going to take both and root and an unlocked bootloader, so be prepared to spend quite a bit of time preparing to install the leaked software.

The source link contains all of the instruction owners will need to get the update rocking and rolling.

This is just sad. All they want is for people to void warrantys by doing the Rom. I’m really hating Verizon now. I don’t need the brightest and the best all the time but it would be nice not having to wait for updates which will inevitabbly make the phone better.

I would imagine most S3 owners have not even the slightest idea of how to process a leaked version, nor even be aware that such a things exists.

If this is the final signed version, then why, why after all the waiting and aggravation S3 owners have endured, would they delay this for a whole week????
