WSJ: Sprint Will Get iPhone 5 in October

The Wall St. Journal is reporting that Sprint will begin selling the iPhone 5 in October. This is based on the usual “sources say” so, we’ll have to really wait and see. That said, it makes sense that this would happen sooner rather than later. This comes after reports that the phone will be both CDMA and GSM capable. (Of course it also comes while everyone lurches back and fourth about 4G.)

This would obviously be a huge boost for Sprint, and it will be interesting to see how sales on that carrier would go.
