Everyone needs a way to create and edit documents, but they may not deal with them enough to warrant a subscription to Microsoft Office 365. Free Microsoft Word alternatives allow you to create documents without handing Microsoft any money at all. What’s more, many of them can save documents in a format that Microsoft Office understands. This means that you don’t have to worry about sending someone a file that has Office and have them not be able to open it. LibreOffice and FreeOffice 2016 are both great. | ||||||||||||||
