Loren Heiny is following the news from MIX09 and just posted that the new Silverlight Beta that is being unveiled by Microsoft now contains multi-touch support.
Scott Guthrie just announced at Mix09 support for multitouch in Silverlight 3. The Silverlight 3 beta is available here, but no idea if the feature is enabled here.
