CES 2010: Expand your horizon with Cinq
We’ve seen secondary companion monitors before, but the Cinq puts a twist on the system by attaching to the side of a laptop screen. It can hang vertically or stick out horizontally. It also comes with a stand to let it sit on the desk and has an SD card reader built in. 10.1″ LCD with LED backlight, 1024×600 resolution, 16:9 aspect, power and video through USB. Color is limited to 262k, so you probably won’t want to watch video on it, but it’s fine for Skype, messaging, and other common uses for side screens.
