Sausage Stylus Coming to the US

Posted by | 03/05/2010 | 2 Comments

Remember the Sausage Stylus from Korea? You know the creative multi-use solution some Koreans were adopting when it was too cold to use fingers on the iPhone’s touch screen? Well, apparently the Sausage Stylus is headed to the US.

CaseCrown (they sell iPhone cases) have picked up a quantity of the sausages and will be putting them on sale in the US for $.99 for a limited time.

You have to give them points for striking on this, but I’m guessing with the weather beginning to head towards spring, interest might be flagging a bit. But it is a novelty thing so who knows. I also wonder, since the sausage is well, you know, well some kind of meat, what sort of import regulations might be in play here given that you could choose to eat your stylus.

Or you could find a Korean grocery store and see if they have the “styli” there. I’m pretty sure I saw these at a local Korean store before I even read about their unconventional use as styli.
