It looks like the HTC Arrive has finally arrived, at least via official announcement from Sprint. The Windows Phone 7 device will be available on Sprint for $199.99 after a $100 mail mail rebate beginning on March 20th and represents the carrier’s first offering running the new Microsoft mobile operating system.

The HTC Arrive is based on the HTC 7 Pro form factor and features a full landscape-oriented sliding keyboard with a tilt up screen. The Arrive comes with a 1.0 GHz Snapdragon processor, 3.6-inch multi-touch capacitive touchscreen display, and 16 GB of storage. In addition the some pre-loaded Sprint apps, like Sprint TV and Nascar, users can download additional third-party apps over the air via Microsoft’s Windows Phone Marketplace on the device.

I like it. I do. But I want to play with it before I get one, because going back to a small screen from the EVO is gonna be difficult.
